A 31-year-old left-back who joined Maccabi Haifa in the summer of 2024 from the now-defunct French second-division' club, Bordeaux.

Born in Angola, but at the age of six, his parents were forced to flee the country and settled in a refugee camp in Bordeaux. He briefly joined the local youth team, from which he progressed to various clubs in the lower French leagues, including Guingamp, from where Frantzdy Pierrot emerged, Lawson, Clermont, with whom he gained promotion in the 2020/21 season, and Bourg. In the two seasons prior to his arrival in Haifa, he played for Bordeaux until the team disappeared from the football scene.

Although born in Angola, the fact that his father was born in Zaire granted Nsimba the eligibility to appear twice for the national team of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
