An Ukrainian-Jewish goalkeeper (23 years old, 1.91 m) who joined Maccabi Haifa in the summer of 2025.
He began his goalkeeping career at the Youth Sports School in Kyiv. In August 2019, he transferred to Shakhtar Donetsk of the Ukrainian Premier League, where he played for the club’s reserve team. He was later loaned to Oleksandriya, another top-tier Ukrainian side.
Maccabi Haifa purchased his rights in the summer of 2024 but agreed to loan him back to Oleksandriya for one more season. Yermakov emerged as the league’s standout goalkeeper and was named "Goalkeeper of the Year." His impressive performances earned him a spot on Ukraine’s Olympic squad for the Paris 2024 football tournament.
