The youth department
The Maccabi Haifa Football School is the place where children can be taught the fundamentals of football, with an emphasis on the technical, physical, and mental components. These elements will enable the player to improve their level of play and integrate into various teams within the youth department in the future.
The ages eligible to enroll in the "Ketzef" Football School range from 2010 to 2020 birth years (ages 4-14), both boys and girls. To register, click here.
Training sessions are held concurrently with the school year and will begin on September 1st at the various branches. Training typically occurs twice a week in the afternoons.
The football school offers every child the opportunity to learn to play within the professional framework of the best club in the country and enjoy unique experiences such as invitations to watch senior team games at Sammy Ofer, player meet-and-greets, joint tournaments, visits to the Ketzef complex, and, most importantly, receiving important values and educational tools to face challenges through the game and training under Maccabi Haifa's framework.
Throughout the season, the football schools receive training, support, and guidance from senior professionals in the youth department. We visit them and discover many talents that the club can integrate at various levels.
The Maccabi Haifa Football School at "Ketzef" is the main school, with its students training on the club's youth department fields.
Additionally, there are Maccabi Haifa-affiliated football schools spread throughout the country. This initiative brings the possibility of fulfilling dreams to children outside Haifa.
The goal is to provide a community, educational, and athletic response to children and connect more fans and young players to the Maccabi Haifa community.
Each school has its staff, with uniforms provided by our youth department, and the children represent our emblem, values, and way as a club.
Today, there are over 10 branches from the north of the country to Eilat, serving boys and girls from all sectors.
The ages eligible for trials at the affiliated schools range from kindergarten to sixth grade.
